Volcano Ramen is perfectly spicy and absolutely amazing, everything tasted very fresh except for the bamboo shoots in my opinion. Miso Soup is AMAZING, to die for. Seaweed Salad is very refreshing and a great appetizer. I accidentally drank all the strawberry matcha latte on the drive home because it was THAT GOOD. 10/10 will be back.

Clear soup is just that. Flavor, warmth and perfect for sipping.
Garlic miso ramen with chili oil and an extra egg is the way to go. Makes you feel alive.
Brown sugar and black sugar boba are always a perfect treat for after the meal.
Zen ramen is the only place I have favorited. And that is for a reason.

I normally love this place but bummed because they didn't include all the ingredients in my Clear Soup Ramen. For $15-16, I should get all the vegetables (didn't get corn, mushrooms or seaweed). Also the broth was very salty . Also, last time I ordered the Mochi Ice Cream, there were 4 of them. Today I got 2.

This order I got the Shumai and a Chai Tea W. Boba , but I've had Zen Ramen many times before. Always delicious, great quality, and great service. I enjoy that their side sauce has some heat to it, but isn't too spicy either. Perfect!

I've been to all of the ramen shops in and around Madison. This is by far the best and the only one I will ever order from. Every experience not only has been consistent in quality, but obviously delicious and full of flavor. We've gotten their Volcano Ramen, their Zen Ramen, Takoyaki, and Chicken Yaki Udon and each of them has been fantastic. Compared to other places, you can tell they put a lot of care into their broth, which often makes or breaks ramen. Their Strawberry Matcha Latte wasn't my favorite, but wouldn't stop me from trying another of their drinks. But when it comes to food, there isn't better in Madison.
