Chicken snitzel ~ bad quantity of salad and forgot the avocado that was $3.65 extra :( disappointed

very fresh & nice but every single time I order the kids meal - they never include the cookie, drink or fruit pouch in the meal.... I also ordered 2 adult 6 inches and only got 1. they just need to double check their orders more

Always ridiculously slow to confirm the order. Can take 15 to 30 minutes after ordering for the store to confirm it.

I had ordered the kids pack and as you do when you go to subway you buy a kids packs with
* Sub
* Drink
* cookie/ chips or fruit pouch and you get to pick one of each of the above and this happened next.
Well in the notes section i added can we please swap the water and fruit pouch for a cookie and the chocolate milk popper just like you would at the shop its self. Got the order delivered and had no kids pack just the sub paid $8.75 for just the kids sub nothing else no cookie no drink nothing and on the side of the delivered packages it stated that it wasnt ordered what i asked about in the notes.... i had one upset child. Everyone in the household are sick hence the reason we got it delivered.
Not happy every time i get food from Upper Coomera Subway its terrible and the service nothing better.
