So far many of the barbecue places that I have found in Dallas smoked them with no sauce so they are dry and then after they add the sauce later, which is terrible. They end up dry that way. The cheddar mashed White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes are very good, but you really don't taste the sharp cheddar flavor that I was expecting. I added some grated Parmesan cheese and it was much better.
