I called the store and they offered some solutions but I was really quite frustrated at the time and probably wasn't super great. The coffee was amazing though. Normally when places do a "biscoff" or some type of special coffee it has barely any toppings / foam or mixture, just a coffee with a smidge of cookie crumbs. This coffee taste exactly like it was advertised and they didn't cheap out on the biscof. Perfectly mixed, really sweet, lots of cookie.
