Best customer service and the sandwhiches and deserts were to DIE For. We got the Brie and Bartlett pear baguette and put it in the air frier for a few minutes on lower temp so baguette wasnt too crispy and then we ate the jambon swiss baguette cold as is - so simple and absolutely delicious with the sweet pickles, butter and Dijon. Biscoff dessert was amazing! Outstanding flavor of Biscoff. Cookie crumbles on bottom with nice fluffy mousse filling toooed with Biscoff cookie and a pipette of wonderful Biscoff like syrup.
Dubai Chocolate: Size is smaller than it appears in photos online. Approximately 2inch x 2inch c approximately 3/4 to 1 inch. Good quality chocolate that is very thick. Pistachio and kafaifi has nice crunch and flavor, but slightly dry texture and could use more.
Baklava: VERY DISAPPOINTING: Bottom layers compressed as they should be, but very hard. Top layers flaky as should be. Pistachio filling had slight off putting flavor unlike any I have had before. Overall dry, and lacked nice honey drizzle. We were really craving baklava and ordered extra to enjoy with company tomorrow and cannot serve this for dessert!
Overall quality ingredients appear to have been used and fresh. Would only order Biscoff dessert again."

The only two things I can say is I wish they gave you an option to add an additional dressing to the salad. These meals are huge. I usually split it into two so half for dinner and half for lunch at work the next day and it's hard to split the dressing into two also, I wish they had an option for no ice. Only because I have extremely sensitive teeth when it comes to cold things. I do have to say though now that it's summer, it doesn't take long for the ice to melt so I just wait and it's even better because it's not too sweet. If you have not tried their sandwiches, you were seriously missing out. Their other food is good too, but their sandwiches are where it's at either way. I've never been disappointed."

"I ordered pastries for guests & an Iced White Mocha for myself.
To start, the packaging was the safest/most secure of any delivery I have received to date. Each pastry was in its own paper bag. Then all placed in a large bag which was Fully sealed. (No pastries squished or stuck together!) And I was Most Pleased at how the drink was sealed with a sticker Fully covering the straw hole. (As a bit of a germ phob, ha, this made me So Happy!!)

"The Haydn Steak Burger was fantastic: cooked exactly how I wanted, white cheddar with fresh vegetables, and the bun cooked prior, giving the inside a nice crisp.
The cakes were, of course, top tier. I personally got the Raspberry Gateau and Passion; I would have also received the marionberry cheesecake, but they were out of it.
I was originally scouting out if the cakes here were worth the price tag for a birthday, and I have to say: these cakes are worth a VERY special occasion. Yes, the pricetag fits the slice; presentation is half the point of a cake, and Hadyn definitely delivers. But it would be overpriced if the taste didn't match. On this point, I underestimated them: they taste BETTER than I thought they would. I don't care for overly sweet cakes with too much sugar, and these cakes are NOT; the ganache is especially complex, with tart raspberries to blend with the bitter dark chocolate of the cake, which is dense, but moist.
Overall, both fantastic cakes. Worth the price."
