I judge a good breakfast chef by how well they handle the hash browns. Mine were perfect, crispy and seasoned just right. They did my over medium eggs perfect and the sausage was tasty. I was also in awe of their biscuits. Just the right texture with a satisfying buttery taste. The sausage gravy was excellent also. I also give the coffee an A+. This will be my go to breakfast place from now on! "
