I have ordered it before and am usually very happy with it, but today most of the sandwich came burnt/over cooked. Most of the chicken was so over cooked it was inedible, as well as the bread. The mozzarella & peppers really were the only positive items of todays sandwich. I was able to salvage some of the chicken because I was starving, but overall very unhappy with the order today.
