I customized mine on a jalapeƱo cheese bagel with bacon, sausage, bacon jalapeƱo cream cheese, GruyĆØre, grilled onions, and eggs over medium. It was indulgent, messy, and just ridiculously good.
The bagel itself was perfectly chewy, holding all those bold flavors together without falling apart.
