"When I seen the mixed reviews, it had me on the fence about ordering. Like Most people, I wanted to make sure that I was getting something that I was going to like and didn't feel like I wasted my money on. So, after a literal 2 days of contemplating it- I ordered it.
I orderd 2 of the French Toast Combo- OO with hash browns, extra eggs and turkey bacon as well as the Cinnamon Roll 2 Pack - Reg - OO.For a full breakdown- Everything arrived cold, but I don't base reviews off of that, microwaves exist.
To start, the servings were very plentiful.
The eggs had no seasoning, but texture was really good and the utensils came with salt and pepper packets. The hash browns were perfectly browned and crispy on the outside and soft inside; Turkey bacon was also pretty good.
The French Toast came in a separate container from the rest of the food. The pieces themselves were big, light and fluffy with a dusting of powdered sugar; those were also really good.
The cinnamon rolls were massive. Shockingly very light and airy as well. The cream cheese was also surprisingly light; it wasn't too sweet nor lacking is sweetness in any way.
I wrote all this just to say that it was bussin and that I'd 100% order from them again lol."

Also sent me "crispy" bacon that had gone soft and soggy. And they send only one lil tiny syrup pack for your meal. Again, for $20+, that's a joke. This is gas station quality.

"There was only a splash of gravy on my omelet, it was so dry, the toast was not even toasted, not even brown and the hash browns were burnt! The salad was fine. For over three bucks the corn muffin was tiny, I've had blueberry muffins and such twice this size! I will not order from here again, as this is not the first bad experience I've had with Black Bear. We live fairly close and go in to dine and have not evern had an issue, too bad they don't do the same for their delivery patrons. I will not be going back, ever. If I could I would give it a negative review."

"Food at this place is ridiculously amazing. My wife ordered the shrimp and steak fiesta tacos and let me tell you that she couldn't be happier with the flavor and the generous amount of meat and toppings. She really loved pairing them with their Green salsa and said it's by far the best tacos she's ever had from a Mexican Restaurant. Their spicy salsa has a great flavor too, but it really was stingy after a few seconds. I ordered the Chicken Rolls and their traditional Honey garlic wings. The rolls were crispy and came with a Side of Guac on a bed of lettuce and sour cream. I have to say that their wings were a lot more flavorful and crispy than BDubs so I highly recommend if you love wings as much as I do.
I can't forget about their Horchata, man. Trust me when I say you will regret not ordering a second one. It's just made to perfection - not over sweetened like most places I've tried before and just the right amount of Cinnamon... so good.
We will continue ordering from this place and are excited to try their BBQ Chicken Pizza next, which I will post a review about too.
Flavor and portions were 10/10 and we cant wait to try other dishes, everything looks delicious! "

"I had a hard time deciding on what to order with so many options that sounded good, but ended up going with the Ultimate Veggie Salad . It was great! I wavered on spending $20 on a meatless salad, but when I say it's packed, the box is packed FULL. I also requested a few changes to the veggies included which were followed perfectly. I will say, for the amount of salad that you get, you're only given a 2oz cup of dressing, which wasn't enough for me. They do provide the option of purchasing more separately, so I will do so next time, but wanted to call that out for others.

"The Hamburger Sliders are amazing perfectly cooked and the House Cut Fries were literally to die for. Like bussin bussin expecially with the Cajun seasoning they have! Food was still piping hot when I got it and it's well packaged and with care! They gave me 3 ketchups and a fry sauce they are very wonderful people!! "The cheese longburger was great, could taste the beef and toasted bread, pickle abd and veggies, all of which was very fresh and the buttery toasted bun was really good. I thought it might not be enough but it was very filling! They removed sauce on it, as I'm not able to eat anything mayo based, and were mindful to include it on the side in case someone wanted it that way. I haven't had a good pineapple malt in years and this one was perfect! Chunks of pineapple and just enough malt flavor to accent it, very thick and creamy. I enjoyed this meal a lot!"
