A tomato based stew with amazing aromatic flavors like ginger, onions, garlic. Everything merged well together, nothing tasted like it stood out (you won't notice if you say "i dont like onion") So so so so flavorful and the chicken falls off the bone. Tasted so homemade, and reminded me of my mom's Sudanese cooking. One of the best meals I have had in the city, paired well with the aromatic perfectly cooked rice with lots of cardamon flavor.
