Vegetables included zucchini, yellow squash, onions, peppers and a couple small tomatoes, they were great. Rice was chicken flavored salty pilaf that tasted packaged not fresh, a fresher brown rice or extra veggie portion would be a nice option, Rice tasted a bit salty but was overall ok and plentiful. I also ordered a cup of lemon soup which was good. It came with a small bit of bread. This was the clean healthy meal I wanted. I enjoyed it and would order again. Next time Id substitute salad or extra veggies for the rice, personal preference. Overall an excellent meal Id order again. "
