The Anonymous Cookie (5 oz) was surprisingly really tasty. However, the picture is misleading. It has two cookies pictured, but you only receive one cookie. Marked down one star for this. The other star markdown is from the prep time. Everything is pre-packaged, not made fresh to order, which should be maybe 5 minutes of prep time - throw items in bag. My Dasher had to wait at the location for close to 20 minutes waiting on my order to be 'prepared' aka placed in a bag.
I do highly recommend the Scratch Dirt Cake Ice Cream (1 pt) though. It's really good!"

I got the Turkey Sausage, Pancakes and they forgot the sausage, the eggs were cooked on a dirty griddle, the portion was SO small and I paid a dollar extra for cheese and didnt recieve any. I've gotten better pancakes at diners for cheaper. They didn't even put a lid on the syrup cup, just foil. The Acai Berry Bowl was completely melted (possibly the drivers fault) but I'm not more than a 10 minute drive away. The Breakfast Delight smoothie was also melted and had chunks of granola and almond slices sitting at the bottom - the description said OATS not granola. I took two bites of everything and then tossed it. Complete waste of money."

"Didn't have the flavors of pretzel I ordered. Wasn't tasty, and the melted cheese I ordered is just regular cheese dip where they rip the lid off and microwave it. The cheese delivered in open packaging and I could have done that myself. Not very good. I miss Cinnabon but the quality is not as good as it used to be. It was cold and I had to microwave it, and I don't live very far away so that's not the issue. Maybe they need better packaging for delivery items because paper doesn't retain the heat."
