"I grew up by this store and they have always strived to adapt/evolve/overcome. The food is usually put together in an appealing way rather than thrown together carelessly like many fast food restaurants with drive thrus. My only gripe is they forget about sauces you order on Doordash or Uber Eats and this consistent...out of 20 online orders over the last 2 years I would say maybe 2 actually included the sauces I asked for, and that's me being gracious with percentages. But, it's a dream come true when you're in the delivery zone for the Sleepy Bee. The Single Beecake is delicious. You might look at the menu and think just one pancake? But it is a generous fluffy pancake with excellent texture and flavor, and it's packed with nutrition. The menu doesn't mention it, but it does come with a beautiful darker amber syrup. I could make a meal just out of the pancake. But I also ordered The Worker Bee with the sublime hardwood bacon. The bacon was so good I scarfed down a piece before I remembered to take a picture. But I did take a picture of the remaining three. Excellent portion sizes. My overeasy eggs were prepared beautifully served with a quality slice of gluten-free toast that wasn't tiny. These are quite good so far. Pic shows we only tried the maple flavor. We really like this smaller size donut and they are perfect for "something sweet " when that craving hits.
My only complaint right now is the ordering process online. It does not have to be this complicated!!! I should be able to select the quantity for each flavor no matter the size of the donut packs. Why repeat each flavor over and over for each donut choice?
