"I was staying in fresno for the week and decided to try WTM because of the wide variety of flavors they offer and more so because you can customize your drink to be very sweet. I ordered a Tiger Spice Chai and a Thai Tea asking for no ice in both and extra sweet, adding a few words of thanks. When my order arrived, I was surprised to see that not only did they follow my requests but added cutely wrapped straws/napkins and a cup of ice so I could add it at my convenience. Both teas were excellent! I even froze the Tiger Spice Chai so that it would stay cold on my way back home on the train. Also included was a note someone had written w a little doodle of a cup and thanking me for my kind words. I thought it was very sweet that someone took the time to do this! It made my day and I tacked it up on my bulletin board to remind me that it doesn't take much to be nice and even if 9 out of 10 are not, there is always that one that IS genuinely thankful. I highly recommend this place for its amazing tasting tea, great customer service and its even more awesome employees. When in Fresno, this is my new go to! "
