There is a lot of white rice at the bottom of the salad. I would have liked more black beans and corn. The two sauces were guacamole and chimichuri. The only issue I had was I ordered a carnitas taco. It showed a picture of a fried bowl like taco. When I received the taco it was delicious but not carnitas exactly it was very nicely cooked it was cuadritos. You have to be careful with that because some people don't like puerco like that. "Hello, my name is David and I am a Del Taco Addict! I have ordered Del Taco through Door Dash 31 of the past 39 nights and the MAIN reason is because of the BUN TACO! Which is like the Bell Beefer that Taco Bell stupidly got rid of in the mid 80's and has never brought it back. It's like a warm, cheesy taco with green sauce and tomato with a hamburger bun instead of a taco. But since Del Taco uses far superior ingredients as Taco Bell, it's even better than the long lost Bell Beefer. The other thing I absolutely love is the "Del Taco" which is like a regular taco but with triple the ground beef, quadruple the cheddar cheese and lettuce plus it has delicious diced tomatoes. And unlike the sad decline of Taco Bell, Del Taco also has GREEN SAUCE, which TB discontinued with most of their most popular items a couple years back. Imagine that? This was a chile verde Reg Burr and it's wet, of course. Well, it was simply wrapped in foil not placed on a plate or anything, so it was pretty wet through the bag when I got to it. The horchata was good, however, there wasn't even tape on the cup to signify that it wasn't tampered with. Something to definitely do better on. Last time I asked for a coke bottle, and received the can. And paid $4 for it!"

"The quesadilla has a ton of cheese and chicken. I was pleasantly surprised! The dipping sauces-sour cream, guac, salsa-all have a light consistency. This makes them easy to scoop but may disappoint if you want a chunky guac. Huge portions for the chips. I'd order all of these again. Yummy!"

"Papi's is currently my favorite Mexican restaurant, I could actually eat there every day, I have eaten there the last three evenings, this particular DoorDash was as near perfect as one could hope for, delicious salsa and chips that were fresh crunchy and still warm, the carnitas burrito was epic, very savory and juicy but not sloppy as to where you're wearing it instead of eating, absolutely delicious, and the Flan was decent, but hey, I didn't go there for the Flan, don't get me wrong, it did its job as a tasty dessert but it's probably not grandma quality, but then again what is!

"I do not recommend ordering the margarita Papi's Margarita Bottle to go. We paid $23 bucks for what was supposed to be 2 margaritas. It's clearly not, and very sour. We dine in at Papis frequently and know their margaritas. This was not it. On the other hand, their chicken Wings are the best of any other local restaurant. Hands down. Even ordering take out- they were excellent."
