The chicken was very dark too, not a beautiful golden brown like Caine's, or Slim Chickens or even McDonald's. The garlic parmesan flavoring was very good, the tenders were not too overdone but the boneless wings were way past overcooked. I basically threw out almost the entire large container of fries cause they were inedible. I could tell the oil was the culprit for all the issues. At a chicken place, this should be top priority. We had had issues about 15 years ago at this same location and did not come back because the service was bad and the food was undercooked. I thought DoorDash was using a different location but once I saw where the pickup was, I figured, it's been awhile, let's just give them another chance. portion sizes are not great for the price, and both the Veggie Ramen and Vegetable Curry Bao are yum but feel a little bit lacking in substance for what you pay. prices should be lower for veggie options if they are not going to be as well-rounded, in my humble opinion.
