"Ordered the 14-piece bucket. We had two issues when order arrived: First, the chicken was a greasy, gooey, soggy mess. Chicken pieces were stuck together. We never see this when we order takeout from places like Popeye's or Church's. Second, majority of the chicken pieces were drumsticks. "Ordered a sandwich which in the menu picture show a full bread sliced in the middle with the meet inside with the teo sides of the bread, they brought me just the bottom part of the bread with the meat ok top of it, to make it wrost the advertised the meat as being "flat iron" which is an extremely tender meat which I as a barbecue guy have made many times and the meat was extremely chewy could barely eat it could barely chew it enough to swallow. I was left hungry after finishing, if they didn't miss half the bread I imagine probably would not feel hungry at least even with the bad meat. Unfortunately I had high hopes for this restaurant but it was a terrible experience and ruined my mood on a Saturday night. :( I have probably ordered over 100 times on DoorDash in many restaurants and never have left any review, but this one really made my day worse enough to make me take time to wirte this review here, unfortunately."

"This place lost a devoted customer today. I've ordered this exact same dish 10+ times and I was so shocked by the quality today that I literally called the restaurant out of concern. The Blackstone Benny itself was disappointing - soggy english muffin, flavourless mealy tomato, undercooked congealed bacon, and a VERY small egg on both.
The worst part was definitely the Colcannon, though. I was genuinely taken aback - it was claggy, starchy, crumbly, unseasoned. Had the consistency of poorly mixed pie crust dough that had been to dry out on the counter. I was certain it was at least a day or more old and had been microwaved, but I spoke to the kitchen manager Sara(h) who swore up and down she made it this morning, which is maybe even more concerning to be honest...?? She was also very defensive and snippy with me when I expressed my concerns.
I don't know what's going on, if maybe they had a staff or management turnover, but I won't be returning/reordering."

"I quite liked this restaurant prior to my delivery. The breakfast poutine was sub par - I asked for an "easy" egg and it was thoroughly cooked. I can understand that with heat and in an enclosed box, it will continue cooking so that wasn't the worst. The potatoes were undercooked, soggy and oily. And there is no way the hollandaise is made from scratch - it must be powdered stuff they mix in house. It is absolutely awful. Don't pay extra to order it or get it on the side so you can test for yourself. "
