Chicken that came was about 3x3in and too dry to cut with a metal steak knife. Note that this was off the "specialty menu". Nothing special at all! Tortilla soup was literally just broth and in a tiny..maybe 2 cup bowl. I added the crappy tiny cup of tortilla strips and dry/crummy grated cheese to it and it was just blah. Ive been to JT in person and it was sooo much better. Only "pro" I could say is that the chips and green sauce was on point. However, ridiculous that I had to pay WAY extra to get it with my order when it's free at the restaurant while dining in. So disappointing. I got a refund and you should too if you experience this. We work too hard for our money to take the loss and move on. To-go orders from here are definitely not quality. More like left-over "whatevers". "

I've ordered 4-6 Gorditas many times and only got 1 little tiny salsa. So often I now make sure to PAY for an extra and ask the driver and restaurant to PLEASE include a fair amount of salsa as they would if eating in the restaurant. To me, it's unacceptable to get this little tiny amount for this large of a meal, because if you're eating in, you get a reasonable amount as to be expected with any traditional Mexican food order such as Gorditas and tacos."
