"Best authentic Turkish we've had in Boston. The Doner Kebab (Entree) was properly shaved and very tender - melt in your mouth tender. "Usually Bartaco is consistent with quality and the pork belly is so soft and succulent. Lately though, not so much. The pork belly has been overcooked and dry and extremely crunchy.
Bartaco in Brookline has helped feed me through recovery of major surgery the past year and half. The pork belly taco pack has been slowly getting more and more inconsistent. I can see every once in a while something going wrong. But the amount of money I dish out for dry pork belly so crunchy I'm afraid I'm breaking a tooth is not my jam.
