These in no way shape or form are pan fried whatsoever.
Not even pan friend then happened to get soft during travel, just straight up boiled soft pierogies.

Every option on the menu says pan seared with seasoning..which clearly isn't true. The photos look completely different than what you actually get.
The taste isn't bad I just wish it was what it said it was supposed to be... that would make it actually taste 10x better. But it's just extremely soft and squishy pierogies with soft vegetables and no seasoning.
At least they gave a decent amount of sour cream and multiple utensils. Wish there was another side sauce or something to choose from."

My only personal note would be to provide more lime (for my own taste) as the broth itself doesn't have any lime flavour. However, the portions were actually bigger than I anticipated, and the tacos + torta definitely had more meat than I've seen in other birria tacos around the city.
