I ordered medium spice level as spice is subjective and I'd rather err on the side of caution, but there was literally zero spice - I would def get spicy if not very spicy next time. The fish cake was fairly mild in flavor and while the egg was good, that was the one thing that seemed over-seasoned and was pretty salty. I did get the Age Tofu as well which was honestly better than the Ramen - lovely texture and so much more flavor by comparison. I would get that again.
