While the bagels are amazing I got a Hot Latte for the first time today and unfortunately it didn't taste like a latte - tasted and looked like was just coffee with lot of milk & the caramel flavor syrup I had added to it, so tasted like watered down coffee. Won't be getting coffee there again I'll just stick with coffee from Dunkin or Starbucks in the future and from Jeff's Bagel Run I'll just get what they do best - the bagels! . "

"Oxtails tasted different today like an ingredient was missing. The cabbage also had a slightly less seasoned flavor than usual. The portion sizes are fine and I appreciate the leak-proof containers. The plantains were not fresh. They were extremely hard, rubbery and very very dry. It tasted like it had been fried in extremely old oil as well. I had to spit it out and throw it out. I had given this place a little bit of a break and decided to try them again. I'll give them another break for a while. It doesn't seem like the owner is doing the cooking right now."

"Wasn't cooked to order. High priced compared to Buffalo's . They charge extra for carrots and celery. Buffalo's adds them with the wings. Hooters wings are a bit bigger and they do put a little bit of sauce on them. Better value at Buffalo's, but they didn't even put a little bit of sauce on my wings. Except for the price they're pretty much the same.. I like to get the sticks with my wings."
