The ribs were tender and could use a little seasoning. The mild bbq sauce is a basic vinegar based sauce. The mustard bbq sauce is a thicker, heartier sauce that actually sticks to the rib. Definitely prefer the mustard sauce. Portion size is good for lunch or dinner. They did not include any utensils."
