"The smoothie was half full and bitter. The coffee I asked for sugar then paid fifty cents for additional sugar then added Splenda and it was still not sweet enough and was poured out. The meats, sides, and even the sauce I received were not good. the chicken was so incredibly dry. i could see space between the meat fibers in the chicken. the pork ribs I ordered were replaced by sliced brisket, which normally is a great replacement, but the brisket was nowhere near fresh and was overcooked/dry and chewy. it even had that rainbow hue on the meat indicating it wasn't made today (maybe even before yesterday...). I've never experienced this before, but the sauce was way too salty. I hardly ever complain about things being salty because I like some salt on my meal, but this was a bit much, even for me. the pulled pork was decent at best, probably also not fresh. the potato salad was not enjoyable, and the beans were decent. I'd be livid if I had to pay full price for this food, but thankfully, they had a deal."

"We got the 2 Meat Plate (chicken and brisket) and really REALLY liked the smoke chicken. Good seasoning, tad dry, but dunk it in enough sauce it was all good. I get a call from the restaurant they're out of chicken, that's fine, double up on the ribs. They're also out of collard greens, exchanged for beans.
We got 3 dried up pork ribs (that was a double order?3ribs?). We also got the equivalent of one slice of brisket ( 3 or 4 thin, fatty pieces, not slices, pieces of slices. The potato salad and beans were really good.
Something was wrong with the banana pudding. I have never seen or tasted banana pudding like that.
We paid $50 for some baked beans and potato salad."

"I love big Tonys baked potatoes with meat, no matter what topping I get and the fried okra always cooked to order and just like I like it and they have so many other things to eat there. I am never had anything bad at big Tony's everything I've ever eaten from there has always been awesome. The portions they give her great and size and there's nothing I wouldn't order from meats to desserts again everything I've had from theirs always been awesome and it is my every Sunday go to for lunch and their portions are big enough for me to be able to eat it for dinner if I choose to and usually lunch the next day, but I can normally get three meals  out of anything that I order from there .
I recommendation is go anytime you can if you've never been there before just work through the menu"
