Could have been fried a little bit harder but other than that it was pretty good. The sides is where they lost a few points. My personal favorite is Pearl Tea. I really like Pearl Tea's boba tea, it's a perfect blend of ingredients.
I especially appreciate the options Pearl gives the customer: I can ask for less ice, and make my tea less sweet. That was my only criticism of boba tea in general, it could be too sweet.
Having the option of less sweet allows me to enjoy my treat AND have a bit less guilt! Plus, I think boba tea is better less sweet.

I have one suggestion: make your straws optional.
