Everything arrived hot and packed well.They didn't send my meal included soup which, TBH food was so good and the call was so unexpectedly pleasant- it just wasn't a big deal. I was bummed that I didnt get to try it. I had ordered a separate French Onion Soup as well; so I think that maybe threw them off.
