I called after I ordered b/c I wanted gravy on side so it didn't spill all over. The kid on phone took the time to ask if ihad a veg choice (which he listed), what kind of potato I wanted (he listed options) and what soup did I want (he listed them).
He was friendly, pleasant and an asset to the diner. Everything arrived hot and packed well.They didn't send my meal included soup which, TBH food was so good and the call was so unexpectedly pleasant- it just wasn't a big deal.
