I normally like most of the food from Starbuck's, but the Rolled & Steel-Cut Oatmeal was such a tiny portion for the price ($6.40, including $1.65 extra for maybe a dozen blueberries) that I feel ripped off. Even with a 20 oz almond milk, I don't feel full. This would be an appropriate portion size for a toddler, not a grown adult. Plus, the oatmeal was cold.
Steamed Milk was ok, if overpriced. I chose almond milk and added 1 pump of white mocha sauce. It almost made up for the disappointing breakfast, but I'm still going to be ordering more food in two hours.

The Build Your Own Omelette+ was good, but buyer beware: the $14.39 price is for a plain cheese omelet, with no additional toppings. I added ham to mine, which brought the price up over $16.00; add in coffee, and it's over $20.00.
I did appreciate having a choice of sides, other than the inevitable hash browns. I got the pancakes with mine, and upgraded to blueberry syrup at no additional charge. The flavored syrups are under Syrup Caddy on the sides menu.
I thought $4.79 was a lot to pay for coffee, but it turned out to be a large (16 oz) serving, and they were generous with the sugar and creamer, which was real half and half.
Although this was a somewhat expensive breakfast, it was also very satisfying. I probably won't need to eat lunch today."

Summary: I tried this place because I saw there were good reviews and it was discounted. The food was edible, but not necessarily enjoyable. In the future, I'll stick to McDs for something better or Bardos for the best in Salem."

As an experiment, I I tried making a basic egg, sausage and cheese bagel. The price came out to $11.00.
I could get an identical sandwich at Starbucks for $6.15, or at McDonalds for $5.45. There's no reason for these bagels to cost twice as much."

Their burritos are very customizable. You can delete ingredients you don't want, and there is a list of toppings as long as your arm that you can add for a small fee. I chose to delete the hash browns and added pico de gallo (free) and sour cream ($1.04). They also threw in several red and green salsas. The result was delicious.
Coffee ($3.90) was a medium (16 oz ) serving, and they gave me enough creamers for 3 large coffees.

The French Toast Special is a case in point: you get two slices of French toast, two eggs any style, two slices of bacon and two sausage links for $12.99. My son and husband had the chicken burrito special which is a small chicken burrito with rice and beans for $5.99 which is a great deal. It doesn't come with a drink though, fyi. My husband said it was really good but my son only liked the rice. The part that upset me was I paid $2.75 for 4 oz of spicy hot sauce. They forgot to put it in my bag and I hate dry burritos. So my husband had to go pick it up and they didn't even give us like a free churro or something for the inconvenience. We literally could have saved over $12 in tip and fees (they have one of the highest service fees) by just getting it to go. But we didn't want to go anywhere. The sauce wasn't even that good. Not a happy customer! The other thing was we got chips, cheese, and guac. The guac was good but the chips just had some melted cheese on top in a pile and the chips tasted stale. "My first thought, upon seeing the Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast Burrito, was that I'd never be able to eat it all in one sitting. Photo was taken after I'd eaten the first half, for your reference. My advice is, either split this breakfast between two people, or do as I did and save the other half for tomorrow's breakfast. Miller's BBQ's biscuits and gravy are already very rich, the gravy being made with sausage and bacon; add in eggs and cheese and wrap it in a giant sized tortilla, and you've got one whopping breakfast burrito. Fortunately, they cut it in two for you, which makes it easy to share. Generous portions of sour cream and salsa are served on the side.

"Grilled Cheese Meal was very satisfying. You get a whole sandwich plus one side; I chose the soup of the day, which turned out to be chili. The cheese appears to be American cheese, if that matters to anyone. I know some purists insist on cheddar, but it was still a good sandwich.
The chili was a generous portion and could be a meal by itself. Large chunks of steak and several kinds of beans including red kidney, black beans and pinto beans. Very hearty. The spice level is mild, but you can always add your own hot sauce if you like it hotter. Came with a small container of shredded cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top.
