"Quesabirria Tacos - Very Popular were pretty good, I feel like it was a little soggy (maybe from the steam?) along with the Melting Cheesecake too, but the flavor is there. The rice is a little bland in my opinion but not too bad that I had to add salt/seasoning. I didn't realize the cheesecake came with the syrup on top since you had the syrup selections, so it had both the chocolate syrup already and I got caramel with it too (I don't like chocolate so Im mildly inconvenienced lmao, wont be the death of me). The birria tacos are my all time favorite so Im very hardcore about it; very disappointed the broth it came with was in a small black container that was HALF FILLED! Thats the best part! And it's good for you to drink. Very sad about that. Cheesecake flavor was good but you can see in the picture sauce flooding the bottom (Idk what it is, maybe melted whipped cream?) which made it soggy. I'd say flavor for food is 7/10, quality is like 6/10, freshness feels like a 5/10. Again, assuming the steam made it soggy... Like I'm talking 6-7 1/16 of an inch sized cubes of tofu on my wife's tacos with a small dash of cheese to pair with it. Mine weren't much better with my half a teaspoon of ground beef and sprinkle of toppings.
Now i have worked in restaurants for years and no matter how busy we ever were in the kitchen, i would have never sent out something that was not up to quality and in today's society with the inflated prices on everything i expect to at least get a taco that's decently filled and not something that has a few small pieces of meat and a small sprinkle of toppings.
Skimming through the reviews, I saw pictures of tacos as weak as the ones we received tonight and only after seeing it looks to be a repetitive theme for this location did I feel a review would actually be warranted. This whole experience has me thinking I should be checking reviews more.
I'm only sorry i didn't take pictures of the other tacos but the ones here are the tofu which we had to spread the shell pretty wide to find the tofu."

I think it was because it was at the end of dinner rush, huge crowd that night. Even though it was packed and busy the manager was kind enough to actually talk with me-looked at the ribs and agreed not to its normal standards. And offered a different entree for same price etc. it's nice that the staff there really cares about the food quality and customer satisfaction.

"The Italian sub sort of fell apart and was sloppy to eat. Toothpicks might have held them together during delivery. I requested extra tomatoes and no pickled peppers and they ignored both. They provided quite a large amount of onion rings, which was nice, but they too fell apart, so I had to cut them apart with scissors to get them under control for eating. "Delicious burger in the morning! I work nights and hate breakfast so tip top serving a full menu is amazing! Admittedly ive never been in their sit down restaurant, and always meant to.
