After some time removing the pickup option entirely, it is back with DECENT PICKUP PRICES and some good deal options for pickup and delivery. Only delivery is allowed to use certain deals but I think that's completely reasonable as they now have reasonably priced options for nearly every choice.
The quality is almost always GREAT. Only issues are occasionally underseasoned wings or the occasional messy chicken sandwich but the quality of the chicken itself is always on point. Tim Tam® Brownie Cake** was the cookies, the "brownie" was as soft as the mouse and peanut butter. The meal came with a multigrain(?) bread loaf, I'm guessing on the bread type, it was baked to perfection, not my personal fav bread type but again it was baked perfectly. The butter was the whipped into a container style that is always better than a cold stick style.
