"Best Shaking Beef, which we topped over the Garlic Butter Noodles. Sooo tender and extremely tasty. We ordered the delicious Bread Pudding, however they were out of it. Instead, Aria substitute the Pecan Pie and Oreo Coffee Cake.

We ordered shrimp fried rice and not only was the container 1/2 full but it maybe had 2 prawns in there that was cut up into little pieces (I guess that makes it shrimp fried rice). The chicken fried rice was worst. I also ordered salt and pepper prawns and not only were they soggy but no flavor at all and it was only 4 pieces. More onions and bell pepper in the container to take up space. The crispy rolls were also soggy. Not even worth talking about the rest of the order. Will not order from here again. Wasted money"

However one portion was heavy and the other weighed less. Inconsistent amounts per dish. Flavor was good but they are trying to bulk up the dish with onions and little chicken. If you give customers the proper amount of protein, they’ll come back and order again. Trying to fool your customers with extra onions etc. and little chicken making it look like a lot of food isn’t going to fool anyone. It’s only going to have me go elsewhere next time. Same with the Thai iced tea. It’s 70% ice with such little tea, as though customers won’t realize what you’re doing. Tea was good though. My guess is because everything was buy one get one free they are skimping on all of the items. Better Business practice would be to serve your customers the same amount they would get if they were purchasing a normal dish in the restaurant if you want repeat customers. I have been eating at this restaurant for a few years even before moving locations. They are the only Thai restaurant that makes noodles like these. If you want traditional Drunk Noodles this ain't it, but if you're ready to move to the next level this is the place. I’m not known for giving good reviews, actually, it’s usually the opposite, especially when something’s terrible. I’m probably one of the most critical eaters in the area. I’ve traveled all over the world, tried local street food, hole-in-the-wall spots, home-cooked meals, and just about every restaurant in California. So when I say this meal was perfect, I mean it.
Whoever made my order, props to you. Everything was hot, fresh, and balanced, just the right amount of everything. Every bite was on point. The flavors, the textures, it all came together like someone really knew what they were doing. It felt like discovering treasure. I was actually able to savor it, and that says a lot coming from me.
