"The food was terrible. Im really unsure how this place is still here. Weve ordered from here numerous times over a long period of time and it's just always been bad. Our latest order was definitely the last time we will order from here. We ordered two bowls and all the protein in both bowls was burnt and very scarce. 85 percent of both bowls was just rice which somehow they screwed up too as it was overcooked and mushy. I dont know why I keep wasting money, maybe im just hopeful this place will be good again like when in opened in the early 2000s"

"This is elite level comfort/soul food. I've been working my way through the menu and I haven't had one thing that I didn't want more of.
Portions are excellent. Flavor is phenomenal. The $12 deal meals are so far and above fast food in quality that it's hard to justify more on a highly processed burger.
It's slightly imperfect in a way that means it was made from real food, in a real kitchen. Like maybe a tiny bone here and there or a wing that hasn't been fully smoothed. The Mac is creamy. The yams are balanced. The wings are huge.

"Now that’s what I’m talking about!! This is my second order from this establishment, and we definitely have a winner here. I picked up an order of Malai Kofta with an “Xhot” spice level, and while I’ll think the spice level was more a “mild/hot” it was no less delicious. The balls were soft, and absorbed the sauce flavors so well. It’s my first time having Malai Kofta , and it won’t be the last vegetarian dish I try. The garlic naan was *chefs kiss*. Soft, fluffy, and big enough to make it through the whole meal without feeling like I needed another piece. This is my second order of Samosa (2 pc) (VG), and they are delicious once again. "
"Sooo good! The Tikka Masala with lamb was delish. The lamb was tender and plentiful, rice was cooked perfectly, and not to mention the naan was great as well. Some establishments can’t make it well, and this is not one of those, it’s fluffy and perfectly sized for the meal size. My only downside would be that I didn’t think it was hot. Spice levels are always different everywhere but I would place the “hot” spice levels as a super mild personally. The Samosa (2 pc) (VG) were also delicious, and the mint sauce just helped enhance the flavors even more. So glad I gave this restaurant a try, it’s shaping to be a new favorite. "

The Spicy Chicken Spicy Chicken Teriyaki actually had a little bit of heat to it ("spicy" for most is still "bland" to me...).
My 4yo son gobbled up literally half the container of rice and "regular Chicken Teriyaki so he clearly enjoyed it too. Plus it was ready and delivered quickly. Also, they actually read my requests and added stir fried onions to mine and gave my son double white rice instead of the veggies.
