"Poha was good although a bit salty. The daal had a bit too much salt but I was able to dilute it. However disappointed with the Paneer Ka Paratha( 2 peices) Cottage cheese , there was barely any filling or Paneer in it. Will still try again with poha and some other dishes."
Desi Dhaba Aloo ka Paratha(2peices) Potatoes stuffed flatbread
Aloo ka paratha is a beloved Indian flatbread that features a delicious filling of spiced mashed potatoes. To prepare this culinary delight, the dough is typically made from whole wheat flour and water, sometimes with a touch of oil or ghee for added flavor. The dough is then rolled out into circles, filled with the seasoned mashed potato mixture, and sealed before being rolled out again into flatbreads.
The mashed potato filling is prepared by boiling potatoes until tender, mashing them, and then seasoning them with a blend of spices such as cumin, coriander, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Other ingredients like chopped green chilies, ginger, garlic, and fresh coriander leaves may also be added to enhance the flavor.
Once the parathas are filled and rolled out, they are cooked on a hot griddle or tawa with a little oil or ghee until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. The result is a flaky, golden-brown flatbread with a flavorful and aromatic potato filling. Aloo ka paratha is often served hot with a dollop of butter, yogurt, pickles, or chutney on the side, making it a satisfying and comforting meal enjoyed across the world .

Irresistible Poha Delight: A Flavorsome Morning Indulgence"
Poha is a light and nutritious breakfast option that is rich in carbohydrates, making it an excellent source of energy to start the day. It is also gluten-free and easily digestible, making it suitable for those with dietary restrictions. Additionally, its savory and mildly spiced flavor profile makes it a popular choice among both adults and children alike.
It is prepared by heating oil or ghee in a pan and adding mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, onions, and sometimes peanuts. Once the onions are translucent and the peanuts are lightly toasted, the soaked poha is added to the pan along with turmeric powder and salt. The mixture is gently stirred and cooked for a few minutes until the flavors meld together and the poha is heated through.

"I was visiting Dallas and heard great things about this place from a few friends. I was craving biryani, so I ordered that along with a couple of appetizers—and the food absolutely lived up to the hype. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and packed really well, with generous portions. I even enjoyed the jalapeño chicken! Overall, I was really impressed and would definitely recommend this place. I’ll be ordering again the next time I’m in the Dallas area."
"The GOAT Curry was AMAZING! However extremely disappointed with the biriyani -- the sparsely spiced Biriyani was layered with a BUNCH of white rice fried in ghee on top of the actual biriyani. They sent one Tupperware plus a small side Tupperware of identical stuff as if to compensate the fluff of white rice. I took off all of the white rice and then added the remainder of the goat curry to make it consumable. Mind you, I paid $3.00 extra for "extra mutton".
The Goat curry was perfection though."

"The Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani was an exceptional culinary experience that lived up to its legendary reputation. The rice was fluffy and aromatic, each grain infused with a rich blend of spices like saffron, cardamom, and cinnamon, creating a fragrant, flavorful base. The chicken, marinated to perfection, was incredibly tender and juicy, with the flavors deeply absorbed into the meat thanks to the slow-cooked dum method. The layers of biryani had a perfect balance of heat and subtle sweetness, with the caramelized onions and mint leaves adding texture and freshness. The signature smoky flavor, a result of the dum cooking process, was the highlight—deliciously earthy and complex. Paired with a side of cooling raita, it offered a perfect contrast to the bold spices. This Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani was a celebration of flavors, and whether you're a biryani connoisseur or new to the dish, it’s an unforgettable, must-try meal!"
"We ordered the Family Pack Mutton Dum Biryani. And I cannot emphasize how much me and my wife enjoyed it. The biriyani was flavourful and the mutton was cooked perfectly. Soft and juicy pieces of mutton with flavourful dum cooked rice. We think this is one of the best biriyani's in Dallas."

"Neighborhood favorite, ordering from this place the last 12 years. Consistently good and good value. "The BUTTER CHICKEN was AMAZING. Get it Mild. You cam definitely tell they use great ingredients and take their time perfecting tge spice blend.
I would also recommend the GARLIC NAAN and dipping it into the chicken, then into rice-just have some napkins ready, I didn't get any, but that wasn't an issue as I enjoy eating with my hands.
The KHEER was a new food for me, and I am, personally, not a fan of the flavor of the spice blend in the dessert as it was more herbal. I will digress and say that it was still pretty tasty as far as the texture and creaminess go. If you like an herbal and creamy dessert, I heavily recommend it. (I kind of want to get it again and I am not sure why...)
Overall, the taste of everything was very flavorful and fresh. I definitely would order from this kitchen again, AND I had enough for lunch the next day-very filling. Sorry I dont have photos, I ate it first because it smelled so good."
"The butter chicken was absolutely amazing. Get extra spicy, it's fantastic. The naan is chewy and still hot even 20 minutes later, and I'd order again when the hot fresh naan craving hits. The portions are awesome too, easily able to share."
