"The Baked Pretzels, although plentiful, were obviously from frozen. They were freezer burned and the cheese that came with them was processed product and I'm doubtful included any real cheese at all. The choco ice cream sammy was placed on top of the tots and under my soup, so was a liquidy mush when it arrived. The grilled cheese was basic, but good, and the tomato soup was surprisingly tasty. Sweet potato tots were delicious!"

"This was my first time trying and I was quite excited! Unfortunately I was met with disappointment.
Bagels (1 Dozen): Bagel had parts or in whole hard as a hockey puck. I am not an expert so I am uncertain as to the many reasons it could be.
Cinnamon and sugar is ONLY on top of bagel not cinnamon in the bagel. This was my first experience cinnamon not being in the actual bagel.
Everything bagels, one was great textured with all seeds. One had a few seeds on top as though it was the forgotten one.
All were put randomly together in one bag leaving garlic, seeds, etc intermixing with one another. Cinnamon and sugar tasted of garlic and everything bagel. I am uncertain if there is a way to request no flavor mixing?
Small challah: quite dry and crumbly.
Chocolate Babka: quite dry as well and crumbly. Personally the frosting is too much, I would have preferred no frosting possibly much less. Personal prefrence . The flavor is good!
Chocolate Chip Muffin: on the denser dryer side (reminds me of almost a corn muffin). Contains few chocolate chips, not one in every bite.
Rugelach: I got the raspberry and it was DELICIOUS!
Over all for the cost and quality it was a disappointment. I believe if they were FRESH ( my word choice to best describe the quality, as I have no knowledge of the cause) it would all be amazing!"

"After living in NYC for 3.5 years, and being raised Jewish by my mother, whose family moved from the Bronx and Brooklyn to L.A. with the Dodgers, I know a little something about bagels. And these bagels are by far the best I've had in Boston.
The inside of every bagel is soft, fresh, chewy. The exterior of every bagel is crispy. They are large enough without being overly massive or doughy. They hold up to wet toppings without getting soggy. And each flavored bagel tastes distinctly like its intended flavor.
I love the Seaport sandwich (bagel with cream cheese and lox), but I've tried every breakfast item on different bagels, and several of the Carnegie pastrami/corned beef sandwiches, and they are all righteous. And during the week, there's BOGO Cold Brew, which is what initially drew me to this shop. I highly recommend it to anyone without a gluten allergy or sensitivity. Placed a rather large order with a variety of items such as 6 Bagels, Single Bagel, Hamantaschen (Single), Danish, cream Plain Cream Cheese (8. oz), Kupel's Cookies, Cleveland Circle with a special instruction on the Cleveland Cleveland Circle to cut it in half. The entire order was perfect, including the special treatment of the sandwich. Often times large orders placed on door dash have one or more issues with them but this was not the case for Kupel's Bakery.
