The hamachi maki (yellowtail roll) was excellent in portion and size. I love a Japanese restaurant that truly serves a nice portion of yellowtail with a thin but reasonable sushi rice edging that does not take over the piece, but rather lets the yellowtail fish shine as the star of that food item.
