"I have ordered from here a unhealthy amount of times because the experience was exactly that and to spend over $100-200 each time because I have to order for 3-8 each time because we have 6 children I really hate how it's changing I don't mind spending money but it's starting to become catch or miss there has to be different cooks. They recently changed the foil pan with the corn bread at the bottom I wish I had of known before purchasing today the amount of sides also changed and the oxtail player was $40 for oxtails and the portion size I received was unsettling nothing like the orders prior. you can never go wrong with the wings and the fish but I am certain the cooks have changed Mac and cheese seems more processed greens were over seasoned and the sliced small portion of cornbread to sweet I understand changes have to be made but make it count if it's not broken don't fix it. Hope this won't happen again"

"Side garden salad is the perfect portion - nittoo small, not too large. Very nice balance of greens, croutons, and cheese. Country potato soup is also a perfect balance of ingredients. McAlister's quality, attention to details, consistency, and value are far superior than Panera. "
"I ordered the French Dip, cup of chili, chips, tomato/cucumber salad, chicken King club, potato soup, macadamia nut/vanilla cookie, carrot cake & a butter pecan cheesecake (not all for me!) The chili & chips were missing from my order, so I called McAlisters & the mgr told me I could get refunded thru Doordash or I could come get it. I opted to go get it. They had it ready for me when I got there. I do want to say that it was not a terrible inconvenience for me to go get what I was missing (Im only 10 min away), & the fact that they WILL make it right if you call & tell them. He even added an extra cheesecake, which I didnt complain about bc it was delicious!!!! The cookie was fresh, as some taste stale & store bought. Not this. I could tell the cookies are made same day. I give McAlisters a 5 star rating, even though 2 items were missing. Oh & the chili was well worth the drive to get instead of a refund from doordash that would take days to receive. I will order again from McAlisters! "
