There was no mention at all that they would be smothered in sauce, which completely changed the texture and overall experience—and not in a good way. Also, the mocha was misleading. The photo clearly shows it as an iced drink, but when I received it, it was hot. That was super upsetting because I was specifically expecting something cold.

"Broasted chicken was burnt but tasted fine. sides were awful---we've ordered the mashed potatoes and wedges at least a dozen times and both were inedible. There was maybe a dozen wedges to equal "3" sides, undercooked and under seasoned. The mashed potato gravy was unusually sweet (it's normally your basic brown gravy) and the potatoes had that acidic sweet taste and gray color that only happens if they've been drastically overcooked for a really long time.
