They packed it themselves, so my husband went up there with the receipt and the DoorDash order. Employee stated that on the patty melt and spicy ketchup was in there because they packed our order themselves. We don't want anything for free. We don't ask for handouts. A mistake was made. No one would fess up to the mistake so my husband paid for another patty melt because it was not given to us in the DoorDash order."
