"Hi! I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent order. I called in and asked if two of my four arepas could be mixed with chicken and beef. I completely understood there might be an upcharge for that, and I also added chicharrón to one arepa. However, I was surprised to see that the total upcharge came to about $40.
I’m not sure if that amount is correct or if there may have been a misunderstanding, but it seemed much higher than I expected for those changes. If that is the standard pricing, I think it would be really helpful if those charges were clearly listed on DoorDash or communicated before the order is finalized so customers know what to expect.
I just wanted to bring this to your attention because the lack of pricing transparency was frustrating. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback."

This may be petty, but I was also disappointed that the pickles were not the traditional Half Sours of delis. If I order again, it will only be cold Salad Sandwiches and 3 extra sides to make up an normal portion."
