It's an eggroll wrapper stuffed with spinach and cheese and it is SO GOOD. The chicken was tender, the lamb was the extra roasty toasted bits, and the falafel was crumbled and extra crunchy. It was perfection. I've never had a Center Breast before, so I got one to see what kind of cut it is. It's the center breastbone/cartilage bit with both sides of chicken breast attached, no tenderloin or ribs/spine. It is my new favourite cut of fried chicken. The breading on both the chicken and the salmon was perfectly seasoned. Everything was *chef's kiss* perfect."

I had a curry and a dal, they give half the amount of rice that they give you of the food. And I like double the amount of rice proportion to my curry, especially when it's so salty to begin with. The tandoori shrimp came with nothing else but shrimp with a lemon and raw onion on a bed of cabbage. I am shocked at the cost of just those 8 small shrinp. This is a no go for me in the future."

"I know we are living through a time of inflation, but the changes to price/portion size at this LaScala location are a little ridiculous. Tonight I ordered a Caprese salad, Rigatoni Vodka, Cheesesteak Pizza, and Lemoncello Limoncello Cake.
The Caprese salad was fine. When I opened the Rigatoni Vodka you could actually see through to the bottom of the container. There was very little sauce, no pancetta, and the portion looked to be almost half the size it was in the past. When I tasted the pasta, the little sauce I had on it was very much lacking in flavor. Almost like they increased the amount of pasta water they added to the dish.
The pizza was also smaller than it had previously been. It was maybe only slightly larger than what would be considered a personal pizza at other restaurants. For the prices being paid, this meal just didn't seem to be worth it. This used to be one of my go-to locations for ordering dinner in a pinch, but it appears that will need to change. "

"It's the unseeded roll! My first experience with this restaurant I had the Italian d with the spicy meats and it had an authentic very tasty spice and slice. The downfall came to the seeded bread that I had ordered late in the day, knowingly of course. Well it needed another try and wow. The bite of roast beef/ and arguably the best local non seeded, perfect chew, very fresh- roll- with my choice of Swiss, mayo and their choice of fixings was exactly how a roast beef submarine should taste.
