The Build Your Own Omelette+ was good, but buyer beware: the $14.39 price is for a plain cheese omelet, with no additional toppings. I added ham to mine, which brought the price up over $16.00; add in coffee, and it's over $20.00.
I did appreciate having a choice of sides, other than the inevitable hash browns. I got the pancakes with mine, and upgraded to blueberry syrup at no additional charge. The flavored syrups are under Syrup Caddy on the sides menu.

Don't let the name fool you. The fratello (Italian for "brother") is basically a club sandwich, only with honey mustard dressing instead of mayo. It's a very thick sandwich--so thick, I think, that it would benefit from being cut in quarters and stuck together with toothpicks, like a regular club sandwich. Just a thought."

"My first thought, upon seeing the Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast Burrito, was that I'd never be able to eat it all in one sitting. Photo was taken after I'd eaten the first half, for your reference. My advice is, either split this breakfast between two people, or do as I did and save the other half for tomorrow's breakfast. Miller's BBQ's biscuits and gravy are already very rich, the gravy being made with sausage and bacon; add in eggs and cheese and wrap it in a giant sized tortilla, and you've got one whopping breakfast burrito. "Ham Breakfast Burrito was both very good and very filling. It was conveniently cut in two, so two people could theoretically share it.
Their burritos are very customizable. You can delete ingredients you don't want, and there is a list of toppings as long as your arm that you can add for a small fee. I chose to delete the hash browns and added pico de gallo (free) and sour cream ($1.04). They also threw in several red and green salsas. The result was delicious.
Coffee ($3.90) was a medium (16 oz ) serving, and they gave me enough creamers for 3 large coffees.
