Even the tomato slice garnishes were delicious! That really put it over the edge. This is almost never the case. That says a lot actually. It means they care about all of the ingredients they put on a plate. It means they didn't just buy the cheapest tomatoes. They clearly bought the ones with the best flavor. The verde sauce was robust and delectable. The presentation was exquisite and was delivered intact and still hot. I am really grateful for the smile this put on my face after a busy week. Thank you!"
