However, the onions always smell bad. I know from experience in the produce business that this is due to them being stored in a refrigerator, which you should never do with onions! If they're fresh, they will never have that super oniony smell. That may sound like a small thing, but it keeps the sandwich together and prevents the cheese, eggs, and meat from sticking to the wrapper.
