"Love Einstein's as I get them pretty often, but it's very unfortunate that they are not consistent with their quality. sometimes I get perfect bagels that are soft and warm with a perfect amount of cream cheese other times I get rockhard bagels with barely any cream cheese. not sure if it's the team on shift or if it's even out of their control but it's very unfortunate.  I end up refunding maybe two out of six of my orders. "
