What really made the experience special was the store manager, Andy. There was a small mix-up with my order, but Andy jumped right in, resolved it quickly and professionally, and made sure I left happy. He was super friendly, genuinely caring, and made me feel valued as a new customer. It’s rare to get that kind of personal attention these days, and it turned a good visit into a great one.

"First time I've ever had a bad boba from them, brown sugar was a little sour/off tasting but it's usually very good. The lemonade and coffee was fantastic as usual!!! Highly recommend this place, definitely a little pricier but the quality is worth it. Their Thai tea is also very good and flavorful, good with boba, would order again!"
