My sub was a little less than perfect but it was still amazing I talked to Ty he was really nice about it this is honestly the best firehouse sub place quality is always amazing

The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ Combo was really good, but I did not receive the extra pickle I requested. I did not receive at all the Extra Cheesy Mac n Cheese, for which I paid $6.00 more. Could you refund that amount back into my account? Thank you so much.

Unfortunately didn't follow special requests on sandwich. Pastrami was very chewy(alot of gristle). Will not order the pastrami again, if I order from this store again. Sandwich wasn't warm either.
However, packaged Brownie was yummy, & very chocolate
