Every staff member has been friendly, offering me phenomenal customer service every time I visit. The food, obviously, is AWESOME!
Really, "I'm lovin' it"!!
However, I NOT lovin' that this particular store manager cannot seem to schedule regular maintenance of the frappe blender/maker nor the ice cream server, as well, here in Silver City.
I say that because although I do get to use my rewards whenever I have them available, it is unfortunate, for me, when I request a Frappe using my rewards points only to be told the machine is down and although they ask whether I'd like some other similar item, such as a Iced Caramel Drink, it is not the same, nor similar.
I don't normally have any issues with any McDonald's stores, but this has become a regular occurence, as, at this point, it has happened 7 times.
I suggest the manager put in place a better routine maintenance schedule by either their employees or regional maintenance personnel obtaining proper training or dedicating personnel specific to properly maintain all used machines within their facility.
Managing the maintenance issues will combat this.

Patty was burnt and the fry had barely any fries inside, was not fresh either. I would order again but today's meal wasn't it.

This might be the worst McDonald's in the entire Southwest. It used to be amazing but has lost my business for good. Every review saying they will get the order wrong is 100% correct.

We ordered from here this morning and the only thing right about our order was the eggs, several things missing plus the store manager decided rather than answer the phone they would just take it off the hook.

The food was not good. It honestly deters me from buying. The Hash Browns had a little too much grease for me.
