I ordered the #9 on the Wheat bread and the bread was not fresh it was so hard, I had to take the ends off to be able to eat it. So for the price I paid that is very disappointing!!!

2nd time in a row that you all have left the mayo off my sandwich. Why? Nowhere on my order did I ask for no mayo.
