Food was very fresh and hot, everything was deliciously made and prepared, 2 Oz Satay Chili Oil actually had a kick unlike many other places, D15 Mango Smoothie  was made with actual fresh mangos. 06. House Special Noodle Soup beef soup was rich and broth felt like it was actually simmering with real beef bones for hours. 10/10 would order from here again.

The 29. Grilled Lemongrass Beef Vermecelli was out of this world, with super tender and flavorful beef and perfectly cooked vermicelli. So delicious!
The rice paper on both the 01A. Steamed Prawn Salad Rolls and 02A. Fried Spring Roll was a little tough/chewy in spots, but they were still very tasty, regardless. 
10/10 this will be my new go-to Pho spot.

I have ordered previously (probably at least 2 years ago) from Pure Delight and the food was good. Sorry I can't say the same today. It was "all right" but not really. 

The spring rolls were downright weird. They seemed to be mostly some kind of very finely ground meat, like pate. Previously we thought the spring rolls were very good, but these we couldn't finish. We kept saying "they're weird" because they were. No detectable veg in them, such as the usual cabbage, bean sprouts, etc. Rather unpalatable and somewhat overcooked and nearing burnt.

Same for the lemongrass chicken. Overcooked and dry. Lemongrass beef was very thin strips of meat, salty and dry. What is going on? Lots of vermicelli, but for $20 for this dish it would have been nice if someone had bothered to prepare it nicely. Will not order from Pure Delight again. Sorry we did this time.

Soup was good but most of the meat I got were scraps and tendons. 1/3 of it was edible.

The 22A Seafood Noodle Bowl was ok, broth wasnt very flavourful but the seafood was good and the vegetables were fresh.
The V06A. Lemongrass Tofu Salad Rolls werent very good. The lettuce was fresh and the tofu was crispy, however the rolls were lacking in flavour and it didnt come with any peanut sauce.  
The 02A. Fried Spring Roll were delicious. Highly recommend.
