• 2/15/25Wow! Everything was so good. Salinas has tons of mediocre Mexican food, but this wasnt it. Way more than mediocre here. The best Ive had in Salinas. The Molcajete was flavorful and huge. Tortillas (corn) homemade, hot and amazing.
The Huaraches was so damn good. Loved the salsas with. Carne asada was perfect on it. Will 100% recommend and return

• 4/19/251st time trying Eva's and the portions are great - everything is nicely packaged - consomé is packed with flavor and hot as if they had just put it in the to go container. Also thank you for the slice of chocolate cake! :)

• 11/17/25Delicious! All the was around. Fresh food cooked perfectly for my taste. Meat good portion and not dry but juicy 😋Salsa not to hot and not too mild. beans good, rice nice and fluffy. Handmand tortillas and appreciated that didnt have to request condiments and utensils. Thank you for the piece of cake, really appreciated it. strongly recommended and will order this again. My new Favorite Place.

• 4/26/26This place is always a hit with our family. They have the best Chilaqui Verdes (con Huevo) in town! The portions are generous and have great flavor. It is a weekend breakfast favorite of ours.
